1. Booking and Payment

• A confirmation voucher and itinerary      will be issued once payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Refunds 

• Cancellations must be submitted in      writing.
• Cancellation fees may apply according      to the policies of service providers involved.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be      processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

3. Changes to Itinerary 

• Travel plans are subject to change due      to availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, suitable alternative      arrangements will be offered whenever possible.

4. Travel Documents 

• Travelers are responsible for securing      valid passports, visas, and necessary documentation.
• The agency is not responsible for      entry issues caused by inadequate documentation.

5. Liability 

• Travel With K Harrell acts as an      intermediary and is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred      during travel.
• We recommend purchasing comprehensive      travel insurance.

• Travelers should inform us of any      medical conditions or special needs.
• Adherence to health advisories and      safety guidelines is the responsibility of the traveler.

7. Conduct 

• Respectful and responsible behavior is      expected from all travelers.
• The agency reserves the right to      refuse service or remove travelers behaving inappropriately.

8. Force Majeure 

• We are not liable for delays or      cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural      disasters, political unrest, or strikes.

9. Privacy Policy 

• Personal information provided will be      used solely for travel arrangements and stored securely.
• We comply with applicable data      protection laws.

10. Governing Law
